Brief Production Process
- Selection and preparation of raw materials: Fresh mature coconuts (typically from Ben Tre or Siamese varieties), washed, coconut flesh extracted, sliced thinly or cubed.
- Quick freezing: Frozen at -30°C to -40°C to form ice crystals.
- Sublimation drying: In a vacuum chamber at low temperature (-20°C to -30°C) for 24-48 hours, where ice sublimates directly into vapor.
- Inspection and packaging: Remove defects and vacuum pack.
