   • Harvest yellow ripe limes (Brix 6-9°) → wash → natural wax polish → grading
   • IQF freezing at -38°C to -40°C (core ≤ -18°C within <20 min)
   • Sorting, metal detection → packing

   • Seeded Lime (Eureka/Lisbon): lower price, popular in Middle East & Asia
