Banana IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) 100% from Vietnamese Cavendish bananas (Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Gia Lai regions…) harvested at 90–100% natural ripeness → peeled → sliced or kept whole → flash-frozen at -40°C within 10–12 minutes → perfectly retains creamy sweet flavor, signature banana aroma, golden-cream color, and smooth texture just like freshly peeled banana.
