Packing

• Fresh: 3–5 ply carton boxes with ventilation holes + individual foam net protection → 1 fruit/box or 2–4 fruits/box depending on size
• Frozen (IQF whole fruit or flesh): Vacuum-sealed + 10kg cartons

Loading Capacity – 40ft Reefer Container

• Fresh whole durian: 4,500 – 5,500 fruits (18–20 pallets, ~20–22 tons)
• Frozen whole durian: 5,000 – 6,000 fruits (~22–25 tons)

Storage & Transportation

• Fresh: 5–8°C, humidity 85–90%, shelf life 30–45 days
• Frozen: -18°C, shelf life up to 24 months

• Phytosanitary Certificate (PC): Issued after inspection, confirms pest-free
