Passion Fruit IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) 100% from Vietnamese purple or yellow passion fruit (Taiwan Tainung No.1, purple lines, yellow Binh Thuan…) harvested fully ripe (deep yellow/purple skin) → washed → cut or kept whole → flash-frozen at -40°C within 10–15 minutes → perfectly retains shape, intense natural aroma, vibrant color, seeds and juice exactly as fresh.

• No thawing during transport
• After thawing: use within 24 hours at 0–5°C, do not refreeze
• Shelf life: 24 months if continuously kept ≤ -18°C
