MANGO PUREE
Mango Puree is a 100% natural product made from fully ripened premium mango varieties (Cat Chu, Cat Hoa Loc, Keo, R2E2, Nam Dok Mai, Alphonso, Kesar, Totapuri, etc.). No dilution, no added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial colors. It retains the authentic sweet-tangy taste, intense tropical aroma, and vibrant golden-orange color of fresh ripe mango.
Production Process Fresh mango → selection at 90–100% ripeness → washing → automated peeling & destoning → fine pulping → single/double refining → enzyme deactivation → homogenization → UHT sterilization or pasteurization → aseptic filling into packaging (220 kg bag-in-drum, 20–25 kg bag-in-box, pouches/PET bottles).
