Dragon Fruit Puree is a 100% natural product made from fresh dragon fruit (white-flesh or red/purple-flesh varieties: LD1, LD5, Taiwanese red, Peruvian purple, etc.). Production Process Fresh dragon fruit at commercial ripeness → sorting → washing → peeling → flesh extraction → fine pulping → complete seed removal → homogenization → enzyme deactivation → UHT sterilization → aseptic filling (215–220 kg bag-in-drum, 20 kg bag-in-box, pouches/PET bottles).
