1. Raw Material Source

  • 100% Monthong durian (Ri6) and other premium varieties from famous growing regions: Tien Giang, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Vinh Long.
  • Orchards certified VietGAP, GlobalGAP (most large factories require registered growing area codes).
  • Main harvest season: May–September every year, naturally tree-ripened 100–105 days after fruit setting.
  • Harvest maturity: 80–85% ripe (shell slightly cracked at seams, stem still fresh green).

2. Main Production Technologies (2 most popular methods)

A. Vacuum soft-drying – retains taste almost identical to fresh durian B. Freeze-drying combined with vacuum soft-drying – highest grade, exported to USA, EU, Japan

Standard process: Fresh durian → Grading → Segment separation → Cleaning → Natural anti-oxidation treatment (concentrated lemon/pineapple juice) → Vacuum soft-drying at 40–55°C for 18–30 hours or freeze-drying at -50°C → Metal detection → Vacuum or N2/CO2 mixed-gas packing.
