2. Production Process
- Washing → Automatic peeling (or with skin kept per customer request) → Slicing 5–7 mm thick or wedge-cut
- Natural anti-browning treatment (concentrated lemon juice + natural vitamin C from fruit)
- Vacuum soft-drying at 45–58°C for 16–24 hours (most common technology)
- Premium factories combine freeze-drying first, then finish with vacuum soft-drying
- Metal detection → Vacuum or N2-mixed gas packing
