Specifications:
- Types: Japanese sweet potato (golden flesh, very sweet), purple sweet potato (violet flesh), orange sweet potato (deep orange flesh); graded by size S, M, L (firm, smooth skin, uniform shape).
- Quality: Clean, fresh, no rot, no pests/diseases, no chemical residues, no bruising; meets export standards (traceable origin, registered growing areas).
Production:
- Mainly grown in Mekong Delta (Vĩnh Long, Đồng Tháp), Central Highlands (Gia Lai, Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng – red basalt soil), and some northern provinces (Thanh Hóa, Quảng Ngãi).
- Harvested after 4–5 months, washed clean, sorted manually or mechanically, often stored in MA bags to maintain freshness.
